BMW N54 Engine Intake Valve Cleaning

Animasyon açıklaması:

From the car owner, Abheek Sen:
"Before, my car had a rough idle in from a cold start, I was getting some misfires with my tuned engine, and the car felt a little sluggish. I used to be overly wary about getting on it because it felt my car was pretty slow, even with my modifications. Last night, after I picked up my car, I pulled out of the parking lot and gave it the beans... let's just say i had a school boy's goofy grin on my face for a few minutes after that. The car felt alive, like it was brand spanking new. With all my modifications, the car felt more put together, responsive... the torque monster that it is."
Modern engines, including the BMW N54 on cars like the 335i and 135i, are direct injection, which yields more power than conventional fuel injection. In direct injection engines, the fuel is injected directly into the combustion chamber of each cylinder and not in the intake tract.
Direct injection has its disadvantages, as the intake valves can become carbonized from exposure to substantial quantities of fuel and oil. Over time, carbonization can lead to problems with engine efficiency and power. Carbonized intake valves can lead to bumpy idle, diminished throttle response, and can lead to increased oil consumption.
Walnut shell blasting is an effective method for cleaning the engine intake of your car without damaging the intake valve, valve guide, or intake port. If you're interested in reinvigorating your BMW's engine with an intake valve cleaning, contact:
